We were stoked to be featured recently by Tasting Australia, who shared a closer look at the story behind Hey Diddle Wines — where it all started, what drives us, and how a couple of ex-footy players and a winemaker ended up creating something a little different in the Barossa.
The piece dives into our beginnings back in 2017, when I teamed up with Brad Ebert and winemaker Ben Chipman to launch Hey Diddle. It touches on everything from blending tradition with modern winemaking, to the way we’ve tried to bring a fresh, youthful energy to the wine world — and it also gives a bit of insight into my journey from professional footy into small business, study, and leadership work beyond the game.
