Our wines are handcrafted with minimal intervention as to truly reflect the purist expression of vineyard, vintage and variety. From the vineyard to the bottle, only the gentlest techniques are utilised. 

TASTING NOTES: 

Sourced from the cool climate of Balhannah in the Adelaide Hills this wine is a pale yellow with a bright green hue. Aromas of stone fruit, citrus and subtle spiced oak have softened and integrated beautifully with time in bottle. The palate is fresh and elegant, showing white-fruit and citrus flavours with a hint of nutty complexity. A clean, balanced finish underscores its reserve quality.
